In Celebration of July 4th, 2015: Southwest Truck Driver Training's Veteran Truck Wrap

If you've been following us on Facebook or Twitter lately, you have seen photos of our recent truck wrap designed with veterans in mind. We feel that the photos of this incredible work of art need to be collected all in one place, and what better time to do so than right before this 4th of July weekend! Given the nature of the designs, pulling them together now is a great way to reflect on what makes America special: the men and women serving in uniform who work so hard to sustain our freedoms. We hope you take a few extra minutes this weekend to enjoy these images and get in the spirit of the holiday. Happy Independence Day!!

This incredible mural / rig was designed by Arizona Color Vehicle Wraps & Graphic Media for our Veterans.

  • The passenger side depicts everything from an Abrams tank, to a Navy SEAL team hitting the beaches.
  • The hood contains the iconic Iron Mike "Follow Me" from Ft. Benning, GA; the home of the Infantry and all of the United States Armed Forces flags.
  • At the top on the scoop you will find a massive Bald Eagle soaring in front of Old Glory.
  • The trailer is adorned with a few of America's treasures: Vietnam Memorial, Iwo Jima Memorial, WWII memorial, and Arlington National Cemetery with the distinctive Cherry Blossom backdrop.

  • The driver's side is our favorite! It includes a variety of scenes: Gen. George Washington crossing the Delaware River, Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm / Desert Shield, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, etc..

  • On the back side of the cab, the mural is seen through the lens of night vision goggles. Pictured is a Blackhawk helicopter hovering over Baghdad, Iraq, a close up of an Apache pilot flying with his NVG's, and Airborne Rangers from the 187th Rakkasans! preparing for a night jump!

We hope you enjoyed admiring this truck as much as we did! Have fun and be safe this July 4th weekend!
